i will clarify: i classify what happened to me to be sexual coercion. some people consider that rape. some don’t. nick told a table full of people that they raped me. they used the word rape. i didn’t.
Two things are notable here. First, Tasha herself distinguishes between “sexual coercion” and rape, yet she publicly called Mouna “a serial rapist” and told multiple people Mouna “literally said ‘I raped Tasha’” on a recording she calls “The Tape.” Second, her claim that Mouna “told a table full of people that they raped me” is false. Under oath in her deposition (Kaminsky deposition, pp. 89–90), Tasha admitted the words “I raped Tasha” do not appear on the recording.
